Straight stainless steel handrail support for round tubes in a set
This handrail support made of high-quality stainless steel is ideal for mounting on balustrades, walls or other suitable surfaces. It is particularly suitable for balustrade handrails and impresses with its elegant, polished surface, which conveys an impression of quality and style. Thanks to the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel, no additional painting or coating is required. The rounded handrail saddle, which holds the 42.4 mm handrail tube, has two holes with a diameter of 6.5 mm to enable a stable connection to the tube. We recommend using M6 screws instead of rivets for this connection. The base plate is 5 mm thick and has three 5.5 mm countersunk holes, ideal for use with 5 mm countersunk screws.
Screwed design for flexible mounting
The handrail support, also known as a tubular support, consists of several parts bolted together. This design offers maximum flexibility, as the handrail saddle and base plate can be removed if required. This makes mounting on plinths or parapets considerably easier. The system consists of five parts: handrail saddle, round steel, base plate and two M6x12 countersunk screws.
Also suitable for wooden handrails
As the beam is bolted to the handrail, it is also possible to use a wooden handrail. This can be easily attached to the handrail support using the appropriate screws.
