This infinitely adjustable tube connector made of high-quality V2A stainless steel with a finely polished surface offers an elegant and permanently stable solution for reliably connecting 42.4x2mm round tubes to one another. It was specially developed for bonded stainless steel joints and enables a seamless, secure and visually high-quality finish without visible screws or weld seams. The connector serves as a flexible handle or Handrail transition that neatly joins two pipe sections, especially where the running direction or shape of a railing changes.

A special feature is the integrated swivel joint, which can be flexibly adjusted using an Allen screw. This means that the transition can be infinitely adjusted, perfect for individual geometries and variable changes of direction. In addition, the component can be rotated 360°, making it even easier to align the pipes. They are mounted using a stable adhesive connection with stainless steel adhesive. This ensures a secure, permanently tight fit without welding or screws and is ideal for handrails, banisters, high-quality interior design and modern stainless steel constructions.

Installation instructions:

If the pipe connector is used as a load-bearing component, we recommend gluing it into the pipe ends using a suitable stainless steel adhesive. Simply apply a sufficient amount of adhesive to the inside of the pipes before inserting the connector. Please ensure that the adhesive is allowed to harden completely before placing any load on the joint.

Care instructions:

Stainless steel must be cleaned and maintained at regular intervals. If this care is not carried out, the material may lose its rustproof properties. You can use commercially available, non-acidic cleaning agents for cleaning. Please also note that the occurrence of occasional flash rust cannot be ruled out. Flash rust should be removed as quickly as possible to avoid any damage to the material.
